02 — The Founder
Meet Aman Doda
Founder of QSFS (Quit Smoking & Nicotine Freedom System)
“For 10 years, I tried to quit smoking. I tried different approaches, but I kept going back to it.
That experience made me realise something important: quitting can involve more than simply deciding to stop. Nicotine dependence, stress, emotional triggers and familiar daily routines can all play a role.
I began looking more closely at these patterns and how they could be changed.
Over time, I developed a structured approach that focuses on understanding habits, recognising triggers and working towards lasting change.
In this free 2-hour masterclass, I’ll share what I’ve learned and introduce the QSFS approach, including a clear, step-by-step 21-day roadmap for working towards quitting smoking.”
