This Privacy Policy explains how Aman Doda, the operator of QSFS (Quit Smoking & Nicotine Freedom System), handles personal information when you visit this website or register for the free live Quit Smoking Masterclass.

1. Who we are

QSFS is operated by Aman Doda, a sole proprietorship.

2. Information we collect

When you register for the masterclass, we collect the information you provide in the registration form:

  • Full name
  • Indian mobile number
  • Email address

The website may also process technical information associated with your visit, such as browser or device information, IP address, page activity and registration events, through website measurement tools where permitted by the applicable settings.

The registration form is not designed to collect medical records or detailed health information. We do not intentionally include your name, mobile number or email address in Meta Pixel event parameters.

3. How we use your information

We use registration information to:

  • Register you for the free masterclass.
  • Send relevant registration confirmations, joining instructions and reminders.
  • Answer registration questions and provide participant support.
  • Identify and manage duplicate registrations where appropriate.
  • Share information about the optional QSFS 21-day programme where permitted and where any required consent has been obtained.
  • Measure website visits and completed registrations through analytics or advertising tools when permitted by the applicable settings.

We will not use your information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis and any consent required by applicable law. You can contact us to ask about communications or request that marketing messages stop.

4. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to help operate registration, communications and the masterclass:

  • Pabbly Connect supports automation and transfers information between connected services.
  • Google Sheets stores masterclass registration records.
  • Amazon SES through Pabbly supports email delivery.
  • Pabbly Chat Flow supports WhatsApp messaging.
  • Zoom hosts the live masterclass. Information shared with Zoom depends on the registration and meeting settings used.
  • Meta Pixel supports website and advertising measurement, subject to the applicable consent settings.

These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. Some providers may process or store information outside India. For details about particular processing locations, contact us.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and Meta Pixel

The website may use Meta Pixel and related cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and registration activity for advertising measurement.

The use of these technologies depends on the consent controls and regional settings applicable to your visit. Where consent is required, Meta Pixel stays off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, Meta Pixel is not used, and you can still register for the masterclass.

Your choice is saved in your browser. You can review or change it at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. If you withdraw consent, Meta Pixel stops sending further events.

6. How long we keep your information

We intend to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and for applicable legal obligations.

Our current intention is to retain registration details until deletion is requested, subject to those obligations. You may contact us to request deletion.

Some information may remain temporarily in service-provider systems, backups or logs, or may need to be retained where required by law. We will handle deletion requests in accordance with applicable requirements and the capabilities of the systems involved.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect registration information and restrict access to authorised team members who need it to manage registrations and participant communications.

Information submitted through the website is transmitted using HTTPS encryption. Registration details are forwarded to our automation service from the website's server, so the forwarding address is not exposed in the web page.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion where applicable, or help with stopping communications and withdrawing consent where consent is the basis for processing.

Email connect@academy.amandoda.in and identify the email address or mobile number used when registering. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in your request.

We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to applicable legal requirements.

9. Age

Registration for the masterclass is intended for adults aged 18 and above. If you believe that information from someone under 18 has been submitted, contact us so we can review the matter.
